Product Reviews for Fender 60th Anniversary Standard Stratocaster Electric Guitar (Maple, with Gig Bag) Feature: Comes with a cool looking gig bag, and papers, tremolo arm. Only feature I'd prefer it had, would be the old Kluson style tuners (a personal favorite). Nicely arranged set up. Tex-Mex pickups are one of my preferences. The body gives off a great tone, and is nice to look at, as well. The neckplate is nice eye candy, too. The 50th anniversary gold strat, should have had a better neck plate like this model. Quality: Fantastic product for the money. Quality control is right on. No visual blemishes, or problems found. You won't be disapointed. Value: Best value for the dollar. It's like a Jimmie Vaughan Strat, with a modern C shaped neck. Desirability: It is a practical addition to my setup, and it's an affordable collector's item to invest in. It will only increase in value. Sound: Excellent sustain. Very bluesy sound. Neck action is smooth. Sounds better than the American Standard Series Strats. Ease of Use: Neck plays smooth. Only modification I would have done: Lower action, for faster, and more comfortable playability. Support: Never had any problems, but did have a few questions that they answered right on. Great team, at Fender. Friendly staff. Great results. Overall: I will keep it until I am very old.
