Product Reviews for Marshall 1959SLP Vintage Series Super Lead Plexi Guitar Amplifier Head (100 Watts)

Feature:
This amp is not meant to serve as a multi-effects pedal. If you've got the chops. "It'll give it up".

Quality:
As good as any of the outragously priced boutique amps.

Value:
Right on par with all the others in this price range.

Sound:
I gave it an 8 because it takes a little work "JUST LIKE EVERY PIECE OF EQUIPMENT A REAL PLAYER BUYS". The dude that flamed the haed just doesn't get it. WE LIVE IN A MODDING SOCIETY. We mod everything we get. We pay top dollars for the top guitars; the first thing we do is snatch the pickups out, and spend another 2 or 3 hundred to get closer to the tone we want. We buy a new car, and snatch out the stock CD player, and tuner and pluck down for the sound we want. Don't flame Marshall man. They gave us the major components, and we ass resistors, caps,PPIMV kits, ect. I've been playing since 1962 and it's always taken mods to get the true sounds we want.

Support:
Never needed it, so that deserves a 10 from me

Overall:
Read all the above comments; shake 'em up, rattle them together, and then come to your own conclusion as to where I stand. It is worth what you pay for it within the understood context that everything we buy is overpriced.
