Quality: Been in the shop twice....need I say more? Value: Gives you what you want and is louder than you will ever need. Desirability: Come on...it's a classic tube Marshall! Sound: Classic Marshall sound. Good classic rock overdrive and decent clean...not great. Ease of Use: ...even a caveman could do it. Support: I'm out of warranty...no idea. Overall: I do love it and will keep it long time...but the build quality is suspect.
