Quality: No problems or faults. Value: The equivalent Vox amp needs to be looked at closely to make a good buying decision. Desirability: Already have it. Sound: This amp is great for home use and performances in a small venue. It combines well with effects pedals like Jekyll and Hyde and Cry baby. A tube amp will sound better and will likely cost more money. Ease of Use: No problem to get going withy this amp. Support: No warranty issues-the amp has performed perfectly for 18 months. Whenever I have sent emails with questions to Marshall they have been ignored-hence the 5! Overall: There have been no mishaps with this product. It is perfect for home use.
