(this mount really works) Quality: although most are sturdy and strong there was one occasion where the mic was producing a thunderous static noise. it was so bad that i couldn't hear the recordings. Value: once you get going, for vacals nothing that i have tried has been as clean and crisp as the 2003. i even have the audio technica 3035 andand for rap it is a great one but cannot touch the 2003 for vocals. Desirability: very sleek. professional looking and sounding. all black finish, can't go wrong Sound: i have been recording rap, r&b and gospel for about two years and this is by far the best sounding mic in my collection. very open crisp and clear sound. SWEET! Support: I e-mailed the company twice and didn't hear back from them at all. my problem was not solved at all. Overall: i am ordering another one as we speak, the durability could be better but i am willing to take a small hit for this professional sound.
