Desirability: Great looking Sound: This stand is incredibly sturdy and adjustable. No sway, and the second tier is adjustable with height, angle. Thge "Z" base is also adjustable for heights from sitting to standing. My only disappointment with it is that it doesn't fold down. I guess I'll just lay it down on my other stuff in my van. Overall: If it were lost or stolen, I'd get another one.
