Product Reviews for Sennheiser e840 Cardioid Vocal Microphone Quality: I like the overall appearance of the mic, but then it is all downhill after that. Desirability: I like the physical overall appearance of this microphone. Sound: The tailored made frequencies of this microphone are awesome. However, on problem is that though there is good clarity in the sound, the overall prescence isn't a full sound. I still go with the beta. Ease of Use: The high mid area often gave me trouble with the monitoring, but once that was worked out, it sounded great. Overall: senheiser definitely has the look. More appealing than the shure microphones. However, shure still is versatile in its overall sound.
