This is good quality for the money. Desirability: Looks great. Sound: I play acoustic guitar and have 8 channel inputs into my Cakewalk based computer. I needed an inexpensive 8 channel preamp that would boost my signal, add some depth to my condenser mics, and NOT add any buzz or other noise. The works well SP-Pro PR8 works well for me. Support: Haven't used. Overall: If your looking for top end performance, spend the big money to get it. This preamp has what I need right now.
