Quality: not good. i got a new guitar after a year. Value: its alright for the price, but not a good guitar or amplifier. Desirability: it looks good, but.....looks can be decieving. Sound: you have to tune it constantly. Support: didnt deal with them Overall: i would not replace it. get a different starter guitar than this one.
